Background

Ramada by Wyndham Penticton Hotel & Suites is a pet-friendly resort hotel in the heart of BC’s Okanagan Valley.

Social Media Management

The goal was to manage their Instagram and Facebook accounts as they were looking to increase customer engagement and keep the hotel top of mind.

Actions

  • New Instagram Story Icons were created to reflect red Ramada branding.
  • User-generated photos were reposted to highlight activities to do in Penticton and area.
  • Questions were posed on certain photos to increase user engagement

Results

Within the first week of posting, a guest contacted the hotel and let them know that the social media was working. His daughter had noticed the posts and booked a stay at the hotel.
